Part Time Store Associate

Become a vital part of The Salvation Army's mission in Winnipeg as a Part Time Store Associate. Deliver excellent customer service while sorting and managing donations every day.

Located at 2-2195 Pembina Highway, the Store Associate position focuses on customer interactions and retail operations. You'll greet customers, process transactions, and maintain store aesthetics to attract more shoppers.

Your role is essential in achieving sales targets and supporting the community by managing donations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and donors courteously

• Process cash and debit transactions accurately

• Sort, pack, and price incoming donations

• Maintain tidiness and safety within the store

• Monitor store security and layout attractiveness

Requirements:

• Completion of some high school coursework

• Experience in customer service or goods processing

• Cash handling experience and register knowledge

• Ability to lift/carry up to 29 lbs frequently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
