As a Store Investigations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Store Investigators, directly managing their daily activities and training programs. This role demands strong leadership abilities as you collaborate with store management and analytics teams to refine loss prevention strategies. Your contribution will drive significant improvements in resource allocation and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support Store Investigators to prevent theft and fraud
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and attendance for team organization
• Train team members and set performance expectations
• Collaborate with store management to enhance Loss Prevention practices
• Generate monthly KPI reports to track trends and insights
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years investigation experience
• 2 years in a management role
• Provincial security license required
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Eligible for a criminal record check
