As part of the Service Desk team, an Order Picker is responsible for accurately filling customer orders through effective use of the Order Fulfillment Application. You will gather products, package them carefully, and prepare orders for timely delivery. This position requires a keen eye for detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the GET model of customer service

• Gather and pack products using the Order Fulfillment Application

• Load delivery vehicles and manage curbside orders

• Create space for orders and label them accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years retail or distribution experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move heavy items

• Familiarity with reach trucks and order picker machines is a plus
