Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product searches and solutions
• Deliver efficient and friendly checkout experiences
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards programs
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) processes
• Participate in stocking and recovery efforts across the store
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
• Capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting
• Flexible availability for nights and weekends
• Comfortable working in climate-controlled retail environments
