We're searching for a motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Garden Centre Merchandiser. You'll be responsible for merchandising plant programs at large retailers, managing inventory, and ensuring all orders align with planograms. The role involves 2-3 visits per week, balancing customer service and plant maintenance efficiently across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to 2-3 retail locations weekly
• Merchandise plant products according to planograms
• Manage pricing and inventory for effective sales
• Provide maintenance on all merchandise items
• Build strong relationships with store staff and growers
Requirements:
• Knowledge of floral or plant maintenance
• Reliable transportation for multiple location visits
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Merchandising or retail experience is preferred
• Access to a cell phone with data for reporting
