In this role, your focus will be on optimizing the athlete's shopping experience through knowledgeable support and effective sales strategies. Take part in training your teammates to ensure everyone excels while you drive sales in the golf department. A strong commitment to customer engagement is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage athletes to assess their needs
• Assist in onboarding new staff as a subject matter expert
• Ensure product readiness and customer engagement
• Adhere to merchandising and inventory standards
• Drive participation in loyalty and warranty programs
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment and services
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive environment
