Position: Senior Merchant for Women's Apparel at Everlane
Drive sustainable fashion at Everlane as a Senior Merchant specializing in Women’s Denim & Bottoms. This role focuses on strategic growth and category management within a dynamic team setting.

At Everlane, you will lead the Women’s Merchandising team, reporting directly to the Director. Your responsibilities will include building product strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates possess prior experience in apparel merchandising with a strong grasp of the women’s marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create category strategies for profitable growth

• Oversee product launch strategies and pricing

• Utilize data analysis to inform merchandise planning

• Foster collaboration with design, production, and marketing

• Streamline existing processes and systems for efficiency

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years in merchandising

• Deep knowledge of the Women’s apparel sector
