As a key member of Canlan Sports, you will engage customers, implement effective shop procedures, and utilize the ORION POS system. You'll develop skate sharpening skills and ensure a clean, well-stocked sales floor. This role supports the community by promoting recreational sports and enhancing customer experiences across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement shop opening and closing procedures each shift
• Receive and showcase products securely for customers
• Engage actively through friendly customer interactions
• Execute transactions using ORION POS and cash handling
• Monitor stock levels and keep the shop clean
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year in retail or customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Prior cash handling experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
