As a Co-Manager, your role will involve partnering with the District Manager to ensure effective store operations, focusing on both sales excellence and team development. You’ll be responsible for leading by example on the sales floor, coaching your team, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Your hands-on approach will foster a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily store operations alongside District Manager

• Inspire team through exceptional guest service

• Manage inventory, merchandising, and scheduling tasks

• Engage in recruiting and coaching team members

• Provide support to additional locations as needed

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of retail experience including supervisory roles

• Passion for home décor and enhancing guest loyalty

• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities

• Proficient in retail management systems

• Ability to lift and maneuver merchandise flexibly
