Replenishment Team Member

Location

Winnipeg – St.Vital, MB

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products, and provide solutions.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Complete truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, and merchandise duties throughout the store.
• Maintain store recovery standards, complete merchandise recovery and return/go‑back processes, and ensure a well‑merchandised and in‑stock store.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and project a positive image, and serve as a role model for other team members.
• Cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Retail and/or customer service experience.

Ability to remain standing for long periods of time; move throughout the store; regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch; lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment; occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or while unloading trucks; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Public retail store setting; all public areas are climate‑controlled, some stock rooms may not be; frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
