Store Leader - L Metro

4L Communications is a family-owned and operated TELUS dealer with 21 locations across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta. We're looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our Winnipeg Metro team as a Store Leader.

As a 4L Store Leader, you will:

• Manage, coach, and support Sales Associates to reach individual and team goals
• Lead by example with active floor leadership and personal sales performance
• Conduct one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
• Foster a positive, high-performance store culture aligned with our Core Values
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations
• Oversee scheduling, PTO approvals, and daily operational standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct counts, and manage receiving processes
• Ensure merchandising cleanliness, and store organization meet company standards
• Implement company initiatives and communicate updates to the team
• Collaborate with your District Sales Manager, TELUS, and other support teams

Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (Monday - Sunday)
