Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases

• Organize merchandise on the sales floor and maintain aesthetics

• Provide a welcoming environment for donors and team members

• Participate in community programs to support local nonprofits

• Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards

Requirements:

• Strong customer service focus and communication skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends

• Ability to lift and handle merchandise safely
