Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Manager on Duty when needed

• Supervise daily store operations and staff

• Address customer service concerns promptly

• Maintain accurate cycle counts and inventory management

• Work with Visual Coordinators for store preparations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail

• Strong skills in inventory management and customer service

• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office

• Capacity to lift products up to 75 lbs

• High School diploma or GED required
