Lead magical holiday experiences as a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager at Cherry Hill Programs in Grant Park Shopping Centre. Oversee photo operations and deliver exceptional guest service for families during the festive season.
In this full-time role, you'll be tasked with leading a dynamic team to create memorable Santa visits and photo experiences. Focus on developing skills in team leadership, scheduling, and sales performance while ensuring a positive work environment. The position requires flexibility, with approximately 40 hours of work per week, including nights and weekends during peak retail periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a positive and team-focused work environment
• Manage daily operations and site performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
• Drive sales and enhance overall guest experiences
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling
• Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
• Previous management experience preferred
