JARAL FASHIONS in Canada seeks a General Manager to lead store operations and deliver a profitable business plan. You will supervise and coach the team to achieve KPIs, forecast sales, manage the P&L, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience across merchandising, product operations, and operations.
The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, a college degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is expected.
