Key Responsibilities:

• Chat with members about outdoor products and needs

• Provide expert advice and personal recommendations

• Keep the store organized and visually appealing

• Help in inventory management behind the scenes

• Promote MEC events and services to members

Requirements:

• Passion for outdoor activities and gear knowledge

• Excellent customer service mindset and skills

• Willingness to learn and teamwork

• Ability to lift 50 lb. and walk 10,000 steps daily

• Previous retail experience preferred
