In this role, you will be an essential team member responsible for accurately scanning products, organizing your area, and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Baker, you will engage with customers, maintain product displays, and follow health and safety standards. Training is provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service at the bakery

• Accurately scan and label bakery products

• Execute company-directed promotions and programs

• Organize and maintain a clean department area

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift

• Motivated and adaptable to learn new tasks

• No prior experience necessary; training is provided
