As a Collections Officer, you will establish contact with consumers using your communication skills to offer support. Negotiate payment arrangements and handle each interaction with an empathetic and professional approach. You’ll work within established policies and help uphold CCA's commitment to integrity and respect in collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact consumers regarding overdue payments
• Facilitate negotiations for suitable payment options
• Accurately document calls to meet compliance
• Act as the liaison for assigned accounts
• Manage calls with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution
• Detail-oriented and goal-focused individual
• Maintain ethical standards at all times
• Comfortable in both independent and team settings
