As a key player in the produce department, you will fulfill a variety of responsibilities, including managing produce orders and maintaining store standards. This position also encompasses training responsibilities for junior staff to foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards

• Order and prepare produce for display and sale

• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently

• Actively market featured products to boost store sales

• Maintain cleanliness of retail and back shop areas

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a challenging environment

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Must be capable of lifting 20 lbs and completing physical tasks

• Willingness to stand for long periods during shifts
