Take charge as an Assistant Manager with GUESS in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Focus on enhancing customer experiences, developing staff, and meeting critical sales objectives.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager while supervising all store associates. Your leadership will guide staff training and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards. You will actively drive profitability through effective selling and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure all associates finish their training
• Lead staff by providing coaching and product knowledge
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization
• Aim to exceed sales profit expectations consistently
• Implement effective loss prevention strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in retail management
• Strong history of driving sales and team training
• Proficient in using personal computers for analysis
• Preferred high school education or equivalent
• Able to lift more than 30 pounds and stand for lengthy shifts
