As a Lot Associate, you will interact with customers, assisting them in their projects and loading needs while ensuring the safety of the loading area. Your contribution to the customer journey is vital, requiring you to adhere to safety protocols and engage effectively with shoppers. You’ll be a significant first and last point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival
• Assist with loading items into vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of loading areas
• Implement safety procedures during all tasks
• Evaluate customer needs through engagement
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years in a retail setting
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Capacity to work outdoors in various conditions
