FIKA, a pioneer in cannabis retail, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales and Delivery Associate. This role focuses on creating a superior customer experience while managing deliveries effectively. You will play a crucial part in supporting sales growth and maintaining store operations, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging guest interactions and product knowledge
• Aid in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Accurately process all sales transactions
• Complete deliveries following scheduled routes
• Collaborate with the team to enhance operational success
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License 'G' or Class 5
• Clean driving record and background check
• Personal vehicle with insurance for deliveries
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• 6 months minimum experience in delivery or logistics
