Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with inquiries
• Supervise daily task completion and delegate appropriately
• Monitor department presentation and execute merchandising changes
• Conduct training sessions for associate development
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team
• Interest in fashion and customer service
• Commitment to safety and company policies
