SuperThrift Sales and Donation Clerk

Location: Steinbach

Support transformative efforts at Adult & Teen Challenge as a Sales and Donation Clerk age customer interactions, inventory processes, and donation support to directly aid those in recovery from addiction.

This role encompasses a mix of retail and production duties to ensure smooth store operations. You will accept and sort donations, assist customers with their shopping experience, and maintain organized display areas. Cashier training is also provided to enhance your customer service skills while reinforcing the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and sort customer donations diligently

• Stock and organize sales floor inventory

• Offer assistance to fitting room customers

• Operate checkout processes efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to use POS systems and manage cash

• Physical capability to lift items up to 25lbs

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
