The Operations Consultant will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and assist in training staff. You will help ensure a clean cashier zone while adhering to merchandising guidelines and participating in loss prevention initiatives.
Your role will directly impact the store's efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to customers during store hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in cashier areas
• Handle receipt and processing of shipments
• Assist in inventory control and stockroom management
• Support training of cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail or stockroom experience
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
