As a Meat Cutter, you’ll contribute by ensuring customer needs are met and maintaining the meat display area. Your responsibilities include preparing meats, receiving orders, and applying Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations. You'll also provide important training to new staff and assist in achieving departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service for meat products

• Prepare various meat products for display

• Merchandise the meat area to enhance product visibility

• Maintain cleanliness and standards in the meat department

• Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience

• Full knowledge of meat department operations

• Ability to work independently

• Strong commitment to company and food safety standards
