Checkout Customer Service

Support Giant Tiger’s mission to help Canadians save every day through friendly checkout service and accurate cash register operation in Winnipeg. This is part-time and temporary.

As a Cashier, you will help customers at mainline and self checkouts while supporting smooth store operations. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and consistent policy compliance. Schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and up to 24 hours weekly.

• Serve customers courteously and effectively at checkouts
• Process transactions through mainline and self checkouts
• Maintain checkout merchandise replenishment
• Apply loss prevention best practices consistently
• Follow health, safety, Tobacco, and Lottery requirements

• Strong customer service capabilities
