Clothing Footwear Sales Associate

Sell clothing, footwear, and accessories while advising customers on merchandise features, pricing, and alternatives throughout the sales floor.

This sales position provides direct customer service and support in specialized merchandise areas. You will recommend products, assist with specialized orders, and support receiving and display standards. The work also includes telephone inquiries, housekeeping, inventory activities, and merchandise handling.

• Sell merchandise and explain prices, features, and alternatives
• Recommend accessory goods using product knowledge
• Assist customers ordering specialized merchandise
• Receive, display, stock, and restock merchandise
• Handle inquiries, inventory, housekeeping, and carry-outs

• Knowledge of retail floor sales techniques

• Ability to stand and lift up to 75 pounds
