Build retail experience at Giant Tiger’s 940 Jefferson Avenue store in Winnipeg through customer service and organized checkout support. Part-time hours reach up to 24 weekly.
This Store Associate assignment combines customer-facing service with merchandise and store maintenance tasks. You will replenish checkout products, maintain labels and signing standards, and complete planogram updates. The work also requires operating equipment, using a ladder, and handling repetitive tasks requiring firm grasping and varied hand motions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain checkout merchandise and surrounding displays
- Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signs
- Record transactions using electronic cash registers
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Operate equipment, including a ladder
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to manage varied tasks and details
- Availability for part-time days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift and move up to 18 kg
