This senior leadership position requires overseeing strategic accounts and pursuing growth opportunities across the region. You will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies and managing a team of 20 Business Development Managers. Your mentorship will influence sales professionals while driving accounts leveraging Microsoft and ecosystem partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own sales performance for strategic accounts in Canada
• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategy development
• Lead complex sales cycles from end-to-end
• Develop executive relationships through tailored workshops
• Mentor and manage Business Development Managers effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 years in sales or solution leadership
• History of meeting multi-million-dollar sales goals
• Experience selling Microsoft technologies a must
• Strong communication and influencing skills required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
