• Lead proposal development and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Execute and refine winning bid strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposal delivery
• Engage in contract negotiations and risk management
• Oversee the handover of projects to execution teams

• Proven experience in complex sales and large proposal development
• Robust background in hydropower or related fields
• Proficient in managing senior-level communications
• Ability to work well in a matrixed organization
• Bilingual in French and English, with travel willingness
