Accelerate business growth as a Business Development Manager us on expanding market access in defence and aerospace sectors while establishing valuable customer partnerships.
As a pivotal member of PWM, you will manage relationships across industrial markets. Candidates must possess five or more years of experience in technical sales, account management, and partnership development. You will engage with strategic partners and communicate complex technical offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute account plans for key primes and OEMs
• Identify and develop promising opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with engineering and procurement leads
• Work with capture leadership to drive opportunities forward
• Showcase PWM's capabilities at trade shows and meetings
Requirements:
• 5+ years in business development in technical sectors
• Experience with long-cycle sales processes
• Strong presentation and relationship skills
• Ability to work across engineering and operations
• Willingness to undertake regular travel
Utilize your business acumen to propel PWM's outreach and success in competitive markets.
