Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Order Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries

Process orders, quotes, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements

Ensure timely communication and proactive follow-ups

Maintain high service standards to support customer retention

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and target potential clients including contractors, homebuilders, and distributors

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline

Schedule and support initial discovery conversations

Execute lead generation initiatives in collaboration with leadership

Track all activities and opportunities using CRM tools

Sales Support & Process Execution

Prepare and follow up on quotes to support conversion opportunities

Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/ERP systems

Support pricing updates, promotions, and product campaigns

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Contribute to improving sales processes and operational workflows

Collaboration & Growth Contribution

Work closely with leadership on growth and sales initiatives

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions

Share ideas to enhance customer experience and sales performance

Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and performance-driven team culture

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role

Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is an asset

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with outbound calling and initiating conversations

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic experience with CRM systems

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
