As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support Account Managers in executing sales strategies and managing customer interactions. You will focus on preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems. This role requires a keen organizational mindset and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Managers with customer account management

• Manage sales documentation, proposals, and bid preparation

• Respond to and coordinate customer inquiries quickly

• Track sales opportunities and account growth areas

• Build relationships with customers and internal teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a sales support or customer service role

• Familiarity with industrial components or distribution is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
