Shoreside GM is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join our sales team. We're built around five things that have carried three generations of this family-owned business:

Previous automotive experience isn't required; we provide training and ongoing development for the right candidate
What You'll Do Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs.
Present new and pre-owned vehicles through walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, payment, and financing options honestly and clearly.
Communicate with customers in person and by phone, email, and text.
Build lasting customer relationships and provide a strong sales experience.
Work toward established monthly sales and productivity goals.
Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
Complete other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfort using computers and learning dealership systems.
Ability to present information clearly and enthusiastically.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
Comfort using social media and other tools to build customer relationships.
Valid Manitoba driver's licence(MANDATORY)
Previous automotive experience is not required
