Role Description  The Outside Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Winnipeg, MB. This position focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and conducting in-person sales visits with prospective commercial clients. The consultant will perform needs assessments, present tailored cleaning and janitorial solutions, and provide consultative guidance to help clients select appropriate services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing a sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals, seamless service implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications   Strong consultative selling and sales presentations skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Effective communication and customer service skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Experience with lead generation and prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and territory development.
