Outbound Sales Business Development Representative

Build qualified sales appointments through persuasive telephone outreach at Group Strength, supporting advisors from Winnipeg in a full-time permanent position. CRM accuracy and clear communication are central.

As a Business Development Representative, you will reach external prospects, qualify business development leads, and promote Group Strength solutions. You will maintain high-volume outreach, schedule conversations with decision-makers, and document activity in the CRM. The position includes coaching, feedback, and performance expectations supporting progression through BDR levels.

• Conduct 80 or more outbound calls daily
• Build connections with prospective clients by telephone
• Qualify leads and secure advisor appointments
• Explain solutions clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups

• Completed post-secondary education
• At least one year outbound calling or inside sales experience
• Comfort using CRM systems in sales or administration
• Telephone marketing experience is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
