Build sales and operations expertise with Penske in Winnipeg, using customer solutions, fleet management, and business problem-solving skills. This trainee position is based at 1100 King Edward St.
As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will develop a foundation across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology. Ongoing training and mentoring introduce Penske processes and technology. You will support local, national, and Fortune 500 accounts while developing management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions
- Manage vehicle inventory and balance fleet productivity
- Generate new business leads and foster customer relationships
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Complete other projects assigned by the supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Business or Marketing preferred - Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
- Ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26-foot box truck
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel into the United States for training
