Key Responsibilities:- Guide guests toward suitable furniture products for their homes
- Meet or exceed established sales goals
- Maintain product, trend, and competitor offering knowledge
- Build relationships through calls and online leads
- Follow through on guests' needs with organization
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of sales experience
- Retail or commissioned sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
