- Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty
- Customer service or retail experience is an asset
- Ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
- Initiative, flexibility, and careful multitasking ability
- Authorization to work legally in Canada
- Availability for holiday, evening, and weekend shifts
