Mortgage Renewal Sales Specialist

Use mortgage renewal expertise and customer conversations to support BMO clients through Eastern-hours schedules and rotating Saturdays. Help retain relationships through informed financing guidance.

As a Mortgage Renewal Sales Specialist, you provide expert advice on renewal, financing needs, products, and solutions. You drive inbound and outbound sales conversations, explore home financing options, and support desired customer experiences. The work includes transactional service, referrals, pricing discussions, documentation, and escalation handling.

• Drive inbound and outbound mortgage renewal sales conversations
• Probe customer needs across renewal and financing options
• Negotiate home financing pricing for profitable transactions
• Manage transactions or refer customers to appropriate groups
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential information

• Two to three years relevant experience or related certification preferred
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products
• Knowledge of contact centre processes, technology, and metrics
• Good verbal, written, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
