Fire Protection Sales Representative

Drive fire protection sales across Manitoba with Victaulic, using technical communication and relationship-building skills in a hybrid Winnipeg-based position. Travel regularly across the territory.

Victaulic seeks a Fire Protection Sales Representative to grow market share across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and up to Thunder Bay. You will promote engineered fire protection solutions, including the Fire Lock portfolio, to contractors, engineering firms, distributors, and other stakeholders. The work spans opportunity identification, specification influence, project support, and territory growth.

• Drive fire protection solution sales across the assigned territory
• Identify and influence construction, retrofit, and expansion projects
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, owners, and distributors
• Deliver presentations, training sessions, and product seminars
• Develop territory sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies

• Two to five years of outside sales experience
• Construction, fire protection, or related industry experience
• Experience with engineering firms, contractors, and distribution networks
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight travel
