Guide home design sales with Olympic Homes using customer relationship building and residential construction knowledge in a professional sales setting.
Reporting to the Olympic Homes General Manager, the Senior Sales Consultant works with Sales, Design, and Production teams. You will qualify leads, explain home building options, and support customers from proposals through construction details. The position requires organized communication, Microsoft Office skills, and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Build customer relationships and qualify residential sales leads
- Guide customers through the home building process
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and credit applications
- Process construction details and change orders accurately
- Attend customer walk-throughs with Sales and Production
- Five or more years of sales experience
- Highly organized approach to responsibilities
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Residential construction or building product knowledge
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
