Electrical quotations, vendor pricing, and project bids define this Quotations Specialist opportunity with Gescan and its Western Canada branch network.
This position prepares and presents quotations for products and projects, then forwards them to Sales for follow up. You will prioritize requests, communicate with vendors, update project records and calendars, and prepare clear order sheets. The work also includes bids, contracts, customer inquiries, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize customer quotation requests as received
- Request product pricing from vendors
- Prepare and present project quotations and bids
- Update project records and quotation calendars
- Forward quotations to Sales for follow up
- High School Diploma required
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Up to three years related experience
- Product knowledge or industry experience preferred
- University or College Diploma is an asset
