Use agricultural expertise and analytical skills as a Sales Associate with ADAMA Canada across Western Canada. Build relationships while supporting portfolio growth.
This Sales Associate role supports ADAMA Canada’s western sales regions and agricultural products. You will identify opportunities, align initiatives with customer needs, and work with sales, technical, and marketing teams. The position combines relationship building, market insight development, and regional sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to achieve regional goals
- Support sales and technical teams serving ADAMA agricultural products
- Build relationships with growers and retailers
- Collect and evaluate data for market insights
- Provide assigned local territory support
- University degree or diploma in agriculture
- Strong analytical experience and business intelligence tool experience
- Create structured reports and valuable recommendations
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across functions
