Catering Sales Manager

As Catering Manager, you will lead sales initiatives while managing a high-performing catering team. The position focuses on revenue growth, corporate clients, event planners, proposals, contracts, and tailored event solutions. Coordinate with Food Services Director, Kitchen Manager, and Catering team to support successful execution.

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners
• Lead, mentor, and manage the event team
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts
• Monitor trends, competitors, and market opportunities

• Minimum three years of proven relevant sales experience
• Experience in outdoor catering, events management, or hospitality
• Record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle access
