Assist site staff and visitors to ensure safe and secure environment.Record all events in the LogbookRespond to incident for Tenants if requiredEngage in visible deterrence through their presence and adhering to security proceduresSite patrol, locking and unlocking building, investigating and reporting incidents and hazards.Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breachesTake actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocolsPerforming environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises e.t.cComplete Daily reports and Incident Reports.Qualifications for Office Building Security Guard
Good verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in the security industry (asset)Valid Manitoba Security Guard licenseCustomer service orientedMust be able to work Afternoon shiftsLeadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a stressful environmentThis could be more than a job!
