As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will report to the Manager of Security and LP Divisional Western Region.
Your role focuses on providing loss prevention strategies, conducting audits, and analyzing claims to identify improvement opportunities. You will educate and assist both Purolator employees and customers to mitigate losses effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Loss Prevention briefings at team meetings
• Perform audits on customer packaging and claims
• Analyze and report high loss customer claims
• Handle investigations and interviews as necessary
• Evaluate and recommend security protocol improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in security and 3+ years in leadership
• Valid Driver's license with clear abstract
• Knowledge of relevant Canadian law
• Familiarity with security systems and protocols
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
