We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to enhance safety at our Winnipeg locations. This role involves identifying theft and fraud while maintaining a customer-first approach. You will conduct security audits, work with law enforcement, and ensure company policies are followed every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify theft, mischief, and fraud on-site
• Observe behaviors of potential shoplifters discreetly
• Approach situations with a professional demeanor
• Conduct security audits of premises and assets
• Document evidence and compile clear reports
Requirements:
• Valid MB Security Worker’s Licence required
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
