Position: Hybrid Loss Prevention Manager - Sephora
Enhance asset protection measures at Sephora Canada as a District Asset Protection Manager in a hybrid model in Winnipeg, MB. Focus on improving shrink performance through collaboration and training.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of asset protection strategies tailored to the unique challenges of High Shrink stores. You will oversee store evaluations, facilitate employee training, and foster strong relationships with key partners. Investigative skills are essential as you handle cases of internal dishonesty and work to maintain compliance with all asset protection procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to minimize shrink

• Conduct thorough analysis of asset protection activities

• Collaborate with leadership to address shrink concerns

• Train staff on asset protection and theft deterrence

• Investigate internal criminal acts and manage cases

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in asset protection/loss prevention

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Proven experience in ethical asset protection

• Understanding of retail-specific criminal and civil law

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
